CORE WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP

1. IV Therapy Benefit

• One IV infusion monthly, valued up to $215 USD
• IVs exceeding $215 USD: member pays difference with 20% discount applied
• $215 credit applies only to IV infusions (no add-ons)
• 20% discount on additional services including extra IV infusions, add-ons, IM infusions, individual red light therapy sessions, and infrared thermography body scans

Membership Exclusions

• Regenerative therapies (mesenchymal cellular therapy, exosomes, secretomes)
• Unlimited red light therapy monthly package
• Mobile service fee

2. Included Wellness Perks

• Two complimentary red light therapy sessions upon enrollment
• 50% off first infrared thermographic body scan
• One free B12 or glutathione shot monthly (member's choice)

3. Transferability

• Only monthly IV infusions fully transferable
• Members may gift/transfer monthly IV to another person
• Transferred value capped at $215 for IV infusions only

4. Loyalty Rewards

• After 6 consecutive months: 50% discount on signature Oceans IV or 250mg NAD IV
• After 1 full year: one complimentary IV infusion (Oceans IV or 250mg NAD IV)
• Loyalty rewards valid for 3 months from issuance; expire thereafter

5. IV Credit Rollover

• Unused monthly IV infusion credits roll over for up to 3 months
• Credits older than 3 months expire and are forfeited
• Other benefits (injections, discounts, perks) not used within corresponding month are forfeited

6. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel after completing first 3 months
• Unused IV credits honored only if not older than 3 months
• Credits applied at $165 USD per IV (not full $215)
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, phone, or in-person at least 3 days prior to billing date
• Upon cancellation: members immediately forfeit all benefits

• One 500mg NAD+ IV infusion monthly OR two regular IV infusions monthly (each up to $215 USD)
• Regular IV infusions exceeding $215 USD: member pays difference with 20% discount
• Two regular IV infusions option includes one add-on per infusion (two total monthly)
• $215 credit applies only to IV infusions
• 20% discount on additional services: extra IV infusions, add-ons, IM infusions, individual red light therapy sessions, infrared thermography body scans
